We had an incredible Fly-In this week, actively engaging with key policymakers to advance innovative cybersecurity and AI policies! Over the past two days, we have been on the move, meeting with influential leaders and advancing critical cybersecurity and AI priorities.
Day 1:
We met with key committees including the House Homeland Security Committee and Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs to discuss national security priorities ahead of the NDAA conference process, and capped off the day with a great networking Happy Hour!
Day 2:
Kicked off the morning meeting with the White House to discuss ongoing efforts on the Cyber EO (v 2.0) and AI Executive Order, followed by a meeting with the White House OSTP.We ended the day with relevant meetings on the Hill including with Senators Angus King and Mark Warner's teams to advance critical defense and cybersecurity discussions. We had inspiring conversations about government leadership and initiatives in quantum threats, AI, and cyber policies in Supply Chain, OT and IoT and how we can better foster public-private collaboration, emphasizing its vitality to the future of defense tech adoption and cybersecurity workforce development.
This Fly-In has been a powerful reminder of the importance of collaboration between government and tech leaders as we continue pushing forward cybersecurity and AI policies.
